Project Description
AIC successfully executed the External CHW (Chilled Water) Piping Network and ETS (Energy Transfer Station) Works for Villamar Phase 1, Tower B, located within the prestigious Bahrain Financial Harbour. Commissioned by Tabreed Engineering, this project required a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach over a 6-month duration in 2019.
The scope included mechanical installations, general civil works, and electrical and instrumentation, all executed with precision and adherence to stringent technical requirements. A key highlight of the project was the fabrication and supply of heat exchangers, vital to the building’s chilled water and energy transfer systems.
Excellence in Execution
This project reflects AIC’s ability to manage and deliver complex MEP and civil infrastructure within challenging timelines. By combining engineering expertise, skilled execution, and a deep understanding of chilled water systems, AIC delivered a solution that meets high standards of efficiency, safety, and long-term performance. Our success in this project reinforces our position as a trusted partner in Bahrain’s advanced infrastructure landscape.
