Project Description

AIC was entrusted by Kemen Group, Spain, to execute a full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project for a building consisting of two distinct blocks. This project involved end-to-end services, beginning with the complete design and construction of both the substructure and superstructure, tailored to meet the client’s operational and architectural needs.

Our scope also encompassed the implementation of comprehensive MEP systems, including mechanical installations, electrical networks, and plumbing solutions. These systems were seamlessly integrated to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency across both blocks.
